APCs Classic Portfolios

Our APC Classic Portfolios are labelled according to their exposure to growth assets – namely Equities and Property. So, for example, a Classic 30 portfolio would have 30% invested in growth assets and 70% invested in defensive assets and is classified as a ‘conservative’ portfolio.

The APC Classic Portfolio series have, over time, outperformed their composite benchmarks (index) consistently. This is a difficult outcome to achieve without taking high risk, however, APC has achieved this with reduced risk by blending various asset classes investing in the Large, Value and Small company sectors of the equity markets.
